Brewongle Environmental Education Centre is one of 24 Environmental Education and Zoo Education Centres supported by the NSW Department of Education. The vision of Brewongle is to connect every learner to the natural world and inspire change for a sustainable future. Our school has no student enrolment and hosts about 10,000 students annually from other schools K-12 on day and camp programs. We are located on Dharug Country in the forest above Dyarubbin - the majestic Hawkesbury River at Sackville North, NSW. Visit our website for more information - https://brewongle-e.schools.nsw.gov.au/.
Brewongle EEC supports schools with curriculum, leadership and wellbeing implementation across a range of subjects with an emphasis on sustainability and environmental values. The successful applicant will receive full training in all our specialist programs and aspects of Brewongle operations. Applicants from primary and secondary school backgrounds are encouraged and will need a willingness to teach students K-12.
