Botany Public School

Botany Public School, established in 1848, is a growing school of 290 students with 46% from language backgrounds other than English. Our school is supported by a welcoming, inclusive and forward thinking community. The school has a strong emphasis on the wellbeing of our community with Restorative Practice and Bounce Back Programs being an integral part of school culture. There is a focus on differentiated quality literacy and numeracy programs as well as engaging students to be future focussed learners. Collaborative planning and decision making are valued by a committed and passionate staff and community, who have high expectations for all students.
