Batlow Technology School

Batlow Technology School is located in the Snowy Mountains region of NSW. Students are enrolled from within the township of Batlow and the surrounding areas. Batlow Technology School is a long established school offering quality learning opportunities for its community since 1868. The school enjoys strong community support, engagement and involvement with an active P&C who work collaboratively as part of the school to achieve the vision of Batlow Technology School.

Batlow Technology School consists of Kindergarten to Year 12 students with a current enrolment of 127. The school has committed and dedicated teachers who are engaged in ongoing professional learning focused on building capacity in literacy and numeracy and delivering high quality learning opportunities to ensure best outcomes for students.

Batlow Technology School is dedicated to "Preparing Future Citizens" for the 21st Century and is committed to excellence in teaching and learning and fostering strong community links. Teaching and learning is supported through the Early Action for Success initiative and How2Learn strategies to maintain a relentless focus on quality learning underpinned by a strong culture of high expectations. 

The school has excellent facilities, including a multi- purpose hall, extensive implementation of 21st century technology and a state of the art Trade Training Centre completed in 2016. Students engage in a broad range of specialised learning programs and are provided regular opportunities in performing arts and sport.
