The Senior Psychologist, Education coordinates and professionally supervises a team of school counsellors/school psychologists to deliver high quality psychological services to schools. They work closely with schools, other members of educational services teams and agencies to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
The Senior Psychologist, Education provides professional leadership in the delivery of psychological services to school communities and has a key leadership role as part of the networked specialist centres.
The position is based at Arranounbai School. Arranounbai School is situated in Aquatic Drive, Frenchs Forest, NSW and caters for students with physical disabilities and medical conditions providing a caring and safe environment for all students and staff. The school also has an Autism Intervention class K to 2.There are 28 students enrolled at present from K to 12. Arranounbai aims to improve student learning in all areas: academic, physical and social. This is achieved through personalised programs that are curriculum based and provide maximum opportunity for success.
