In 2018, she is the online facilitator for the secondary literacy forum and the moderator for the secondary literacy website.
She facilitates workshops on a number of topics ranging from: culturally responsive leadership and pedagogy, improving writing in secondary classrooms, improving reading in secondary classrooms, and accelerating Pasifika achievement for teachers.
She supports schools in facilitating in-school professional learning. She spearheaded Light the Fire meetings for teachers who are passionate about Pasifika students enjoying success as Pasifika.
