I have a strong history of innovative practice and am a strong proponent of 21st Century Teaching and Learning Pedagogy in order to maximise engagement and thus the learning potential of students. 21st Century technology should be used to provide students with the necessary skills, knowledge and experiences to successfully enter a variety of post school destinations and make a meaningful contribution to the society in which they live. With over 25 Years experience in education and 17 as a Vice/Deputy Principal, I am constantly seeking to improve the educational experience for students.
