In recent years Richard Gerver has spent his time working to explore the links between great leadership, human potential, change and innovation. He regularly advises governments and major corporations, including Google, Visa, Microsoft and more. But with a 20-year career in education behind him, a school principal for a wife and a daughter who has just become a teacher, education remains close to his heart.
