Real-world inquiry-based learning came to life at a remote Northern Territory town when the whole school community worked together to upgrade and extend their airstrip.
Mäpuru Yirralka College principal Linda Miller says it was a team effort to fix their airstrip. “The whole town spent two weeks with tomahawks, mattocks, axes and chainsaws.”
