A keen passion for encouraging young children to delight in the natural wonder of their environment has seen South Australian teacher Brian Schiller take out the exalted Prime Minister’s Prize for Excellence in Science Teaching in Primary Schools.

The honour recognised the creative way in which he goes about fostering inquiring young minds.
