Police warn of rising sextortion targeting Australian kids

As schools return for Term 1, the Australian Federal Police have warned reported cases of sextortion targeting children are on the rise, with the latest data showing around 300 are falling victim to it nationally each month.

In many cases the outcomes can be disastrous and hugely stressful for those targeted, the AFP warned on Friday.
