Financially illiterate students short-changed by schools

A recent OECD study revealed that 20 per cent of Australian 15-year-olds cannot even recognise the value of a simple budget and the financial literacy of Australian 15-year-olds has deteriorated significantly since 2012.

This should not surprise those who can see the elephant in the room.
