Job Description:

A primary school in Lancaster, working exclusively with Veritas Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3/4 Teacher to join their teaching team for the spring term. This is a part time position, working 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 3/4 pupils.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with other staff to support the school's curriculum goals.
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

    • Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience: Prior experience teaching at Key Stage 2 is preferred. Both ECTs and experienced teacher are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attributes: Adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to student development.
