Teaching Assistants Wanted in Burnley

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant team at school's in Burnley. If you are a passionate teaching assistant with an eye for supporting students and making a positive impact in the classroom, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:

  • Assist the class teacher with delivering lessons and supporting student learning.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs.
  • Contribute to the development of learning resources and classroom activities.

    • Ideal Candidate:

  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Patient, adaptable, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning (or equivalent) is desirable.
