About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Design, implement and optimise ICT solutions to meet branch business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ICT solutions in conjunction with the support vendor
  • Oversee the deployment of ICT solutions, including developing strategies and criteria for the testing of new and enhanced features using structured test plans and documentation and ensuring that interfaces are operational, documented and understood
  • Incident management
  • User maintenance of all systems including lower zones
  • User training as required for any changes implemented
  • Reporting on current IT budgets

About You;
You are a collaborative and highly motivated individual with excellent data analysis and reporting skills. You have a passion for data and also enjoy leveraging data and technology to improve business processes. In order to succeed in the role, the following attributes will be key:

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, presentation and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational issues effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional boundaries and foster a culture or teamwork and cooperation
