As a Senior Executive Assistant within a Catholic organisation, you will be at the heart of our mission-driven work, providing vital support to the Formation and Engagement Executive. Your role is crucial in fostering a collaborative and efficient environment, ensuring that high-level initiatives are executed seamlessly. About the role:
- Delivering exceptional support to the Formation and Engagement Executive.
- Prioritising and responding to all communications (email, phone calls and / or other communications) as necessary
- Provide support preparing and reviewing briefing papers, monitoring and providing updates on committee actions.
- Liaising with stakeholders, representing the Formation and Engagement Executive and developing trusted relationships.
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and ensuring agendas and actions are circulated and followed up on a timely basis.
- Providing line management to administrative staff across the Formation and Engagement team to support with workload delegation and management.
- Providing project support across the team.
- Assist with the budget and financial administration activities.
- Providing ad hoc support to the Executive Team as requested.
About YOU: You will possess:
- At least 5+ years’ experience as a C-Suite Executive Assistant
- Previous diary management and email correspondence experience for an Executive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven skill in building relationships and rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, well organised and display initiative to improve practices.
- The self-confidence and exceptional communication skills and high EQ to appropriately engage with a wide variety of people.
- Advanced practical skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously.
- An open and collaborative working style with the ability to be assertive yet diplomatic with all.
- The ability to work collaboratively and proactively contribute in a close knit team.
