We are currently working with an SEN school in Stevenage who are looking for SEN Learning Support Assistants to join them for January 2020.

The SEN school caters for pupils with ages from 3 to 19 years old with complex needs with a range of educational needs including pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Moderate Learnng Difficulties (MLD).

The successful LSA will have the following:

  • Experience working as a TA/LSA, preferably with SEN children
  • Experience with personal care
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • 1:1/small group work skills
  • Having an enthusiastic and friendly personality
