St Brigid's Catholic College, Lake Munmorah is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Mathematics Teacher for a permanent, full-time opportunity commencing in Term 1 2023.

  • Passion for working with young people
  • The ability to work with other teachers in teaching teams
  • Evidence of innovative classroom practice
  • Agile, responsive, flexible and collaborative practitioner
  • Commitment to evidence-based pedagogy
  • Understanding of, and commitment to, a restorative practice approach to student wellbeing
  • Qualifications in, and experience teaching, Stage 4 and Stage 5 Mathematics
  • Qualifications and experience teaching Stage 6 Standard and/or Advanced and/or Extension mathematics highly desirable
  • An ability to contribute positively to a professional staff culture
  • A willingness to be involved in the extracurricular life of the College
