Your Opportunity

As the Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and continuous improvement of NSSAB's annual programs within Registration Services (RS). In this key leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality corporate, administrative, and operational support to the Board, while providing strategic guidance across several areas including program management, financial oversight, correspondence management, and secretariat services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the development of strategies for regulatory decision-making across all legal frameworks.
  • Managing policy, procedure, and process initiatives to improve regulatory practices in line with risk-based frameworks.
  • Undertaking complex regulatory tasks, making recommendations, and supporting decision-making under legislative frameworks.
  • Developing innovative solutions for high-performance regulatory outcomes.
  • Ensuring effective record keeping while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing high-level documentation to support regulatory and executive decisions.
  • Offering expert advice to the RS Leadership team, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Resolving conflicts by managing relationships and applying legislation.
  • Contributing to a professional team environment, promoting ethical behaviour, wellbeing, and continuous development.
  • Performing other duties as directed by the supervisor.
