We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join an outstanding team at an award-winning private nursery in Leyland. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role in a well-established nursery known for its excellent standards of care and education.

About the Nursery: Set within beautiful grounds, the nursery is housed in a charming building that provides a warm and welcoming environment for children and staff alike. Recently inspected in 2024, the nursery received a "Good" rating from Ofsted, reflecting its commitment to high-quality early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care and education to children, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Plan and implement engaging and educational activities that support children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain the high standards of care and education.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.

    • Requirements:

  • Must hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
