The ICT Senior Technician works with the ICT Systems and Operations Manager to provide client-centred, solution-focused solutions to staff, students and parents of Marist College Canberra.
A priority of this position is the maintenance of and the efficient running of the College network infrastructure and end-user equipment as a member of the College ICT Support Team. The ICT Senior Technician will manage level 2 and 3 escalations and be involved in key strategic and systems projects. Workplace experience in a similar medium sized organisation and a breadth of experience across ICT infrastructure including server technology, firewalls, VOIP and Security, would be an advantage.
