St Thomas More College in Sunnybank are seeking an ICT Manager who will manage the ICT strategic direction of ICT operations within the College, providing advice, analysis and support to the Leadership Team.
The role holder operates within the Catholic Educational environment and culture and will be supportive of the mission of the College.
Typical duties performed include but are not limited to:
- Investigate and implement hardware, software and ICT infrastructure, in consultation with the Leadership Team.
- Provide strategic advice to the Leadership Team on the operations and future directions of the changing ICT education sector, technology and infrastructure improvement.
- Execute ICT policies and procedures that ensure operational continuity and compliance.
- Manage the ICT infrastructure and systems budget and resource allocations, providing advice and reports on future requirements.
- Optimise ICT systems and conduct application/system development and software engineering and testing.
- Supervise ICT staff, including performance management, training and development and workforce planning.
- Manage the relationship of strategic partnerships with ICT hardware, software and third-party service vendors.
The successful applicant will display proven communication and interpersonal skills, as well as have an understanding of the student learning environment.
