Salary Range: School Officer - Level 5 $75,924 - $79,618 FTE gross per annum

About the Role

The role of the Human Resources Officer at St Mary’s Catholic College is to provide professional support to the College Senior Leadership team, which is instrumental in shaping the organisational culture, fostering a positive working environment, and supporting the professional growth and development of our staff.

Reporting to the Principal, the role will collaborate with and support leadership teams and line managers to enable effective processes for all staff to ensure that St Mary’s becomes and remains an employer of choice, and a place where every member feels valued, engaged, and supported.

Work Requirements

  • Hold a Working with Children Blue Card
  • Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education
  • Tertiary qualifications at Associate Diploma/Diploma level or equivalent qualifications relevant to the position OR knowledge, qualifications and experience that are determined by the employer as necessary to successfully carry out the duties of the position.
