Position Information
Bonnyrigg High School is a partially selective, co-educational school in South Western Sydney on the land of the Cabrogal clan of the Dharug nation. The school has an enrolment of approximately 1660 students, including 98% from a non-English speaking background and 3% Aboriginal students.

Specific Selection Criteria
1. Strong capacity to lead and support the faculty in the implementation of curriculum by embedding evidence-based teaching strategies that result in student engagement and growth.
2. Demonstrated ability to provide strong educational leadership for a range of staff at different career stages with the ability to lead the development of high-quality teaching and learning programs.
3. Demonstrated ability to be a dynamic member of the executive leadership team and lead initiatives that address whole school strategic directions and nurture positive, quality relationships with students, staff and parents.
Conditions
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
Special Notes
The commencement date for this position will be day 1 of the 2025 school year.
