A secondary school with an excellent reputation are looking for an outstanding Graduate to join their Learning Support Team. The school based in Brent are looking for an individual who has previously had child-related experience, some with special-needs and has the ability to be confident within classrooms.

The appointed learning support assistant must be able to work with children with a wide range of abilities, challenging behaviour and across all departments. You will be working with pupils on a 1:1 basis, group scenarios and supporting teachers in classes. It is crucial you are able to identify pupil's weaknesses in order to guide them in the learning development.

  • Graduate Learning Support Assistant
  • KS3, GCSE's, A-Level (11-18 years old)
  • Full Time & long-term position
  • £65 - £85 per day (DOE)
  • Located in the London Borough of Brent

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree - Ideally in Core Subjects/ Psychology
  • SEN / Child related experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Must be an engaging, ambitious and caring individual
  • Have an extensive understanding of EHCP/SEN
  • Support students to individual needs and their differences
  • High levels of Professionalism and understanding of safeguarding.
