About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time cleaner to ensure the school's facilities are maintained to a high standard. This role plays a key part in creating a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Scheduling is flexible and will be arranged in consultation with the Principal.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and sanitising classrooms, offices, and common areas, including windows, furniture, and equipment.
- Maintaining toilet facilities and sick bays to a high standard of hygiene.
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors, including vinyl and timber floor maintenance.
- Managing rubbish disposal, litter control, and graffiti removal.
- Ensuring the security of the school by locking and unlocking buildings and activating/disarming security systems as required.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values cleanliness, and enjoys contributing to a positive school environment.
About You
