Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic school environment? We are seeking a dedicated Enrollments /Administrative Officer to join our team and support the smooth operation of our school,for a 6-week fixed-term position.
About the Role -
As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of our school’s operations by:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the school leadership team, managing schedules, appointments, and availability.
- Using various software tools to process and maintain accurate records, draft and update documents, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Responding to enquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring accurate and timely communication while recording relevant correspondence.
- Assisting in the development, maintenance, and improvement of administrative systems and databases.
- Managing and distributing school resources, including maintaining stock levels, delivery dockets, invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Inputting data for school leadership reports, including budget/financial information and other operational items.
- Establishing and maintaining efficient filing and records management systems, ensuring quick and accurate information retrieval.
About You -
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience with eMinerva (highly regarded
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Strong computer literacy and experience using a variety of software applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Able to start January 13th 2025
