Are you a passionate Early Years Educator with a Level 3 Early Years qualification who is eager to grow your career?     • Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality EYFS curriculum experiences that promote children's communication and language, personal, social and emotional development, and physical development

  • Support children's learning journeys through effective observations, planning, and assessment

  • Create a stimulating and safe environment that fosters creativity, problem-solving, and independence

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to ensure the best outcomes for children

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practice

  • Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

  • Passionate about early childhood education and committed to continuous professional development

  • Enthusiastic about outdoor learning and play-based pedagogy

  • A reflective practitioner with excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Ambitious to progress into a Room Leader role in the future
