About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Principal in leading the school community to develop, articulate, and commit to a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Acting as Principal when required.
  • Leading the PBL team and driving engagement initiatives through data-driven analysis of student attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing.
  • Providing professional development training for staff to support engagement and behaviour goals.
  • Building, developing, and enhancing partnerships with parents and the community to foster strong, positive relationships and create a supportive sense of community and family within the school.
