Exciting Opportunity to be a Deputy Nursery Manager in a dyamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in practice to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and work together to implement training and enhancements in practice.
  • Ensure the nursery meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
  • Encourage the continuous professional development of your team.
  • Demonstrate strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft packages.
  • Drive improvements and changes in the nursery to enhance quality of care and education.
  • Lead your team to deliver the highest standards of childcare and education.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and families at the nursery.
  • Show dedication to children's development and commitment to the nursery's ethos.
  • What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • A proactive and ambitious attitude towards driving improvements and changes in practice.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with your team, parents, and the wider community.
  • Enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine passion for the development of children.
