Welfare Assistant and Attendance Officer
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Welfare Assistant and Attendance Officer to join a supportive and dynamic team. This combined role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students, ensuring their well-being and promoting excellent attendance.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
Welfare Support:Supporting students' physical and emotional well-being, providing first aid when required, and assisting with any pastoral care needs. You will liaise closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure all students have the support they need to thrive.
Attendance Management:Monitoring and managing student attendance, following up on absences, and ensuring that the school's attendance policies are adhered to. You will work closely with the pastoral team to identify any attendance concerns and support strategies for improving student engagement.
